Policies & Procedures
As we would like your spa day to run as smooth as possible, at Whole Health Wellness MedSpa, our policies are designed to ensure that all our guests experience a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
To schedule services, please call 212-625-8966, or email to WholeHealthNY1@gmail.com. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving Whole Health Medspa. At the time of booking, a credit card is needed to hold your reservation; Or the redemption code is required if you have a promotional voucher; to book a New Treatment Package, $50 deposit is required.
A gratuity is not included in the cost of your service. Industry standard is 15-20%, please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience, they are greatly appreciated. Gratuity in Cash or Venmo is always appreciated! Please note, all Online Promotional Vouchers do not include Tax and Gratuity.
We respectfully request you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. When booking services at Whole Health, your appointment is scheduled with a technician/therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for your appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
- You may opt to shorten your treatment
- You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a fee will be incurred.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
All of our services are one-on-one treatment, we understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. You will receive an email After booking your appointment and a reminder Prior to your appointment, we also recommend you to mark the date on your own calendar. As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notification of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50 Late Cancelation or No Show fee; Or, the session(s) will be deducted if you have series of treatment; Or, the unused Voucher will be redeemed.
Unfortunately, skin care products and spa services are not refundable or exchangeable. When you purchase a series of treatments, you will receive a discounted price, once you start the 1st treatment, the package is not refundable or transferable. All services purchased will expire 1 year after the first session is redeemed. Gift cards expire one year after purchase. The expired promotional voucher can still be used, and the extra fee for extension will be applied upon redeeming the voucher.

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us! Please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, disabilities or illnesses prior to receiving your service.

Whole Health Medspa respects your privacy, it is our commitment to protect and securely managing all of your personal information that you choose to share with us. During your visit, or on the phone/online, you may be required to share your personal information, these information will be collected in order to facilitate the delivery of services and/or the completion of an order. Whole Health Medspa will not sell or share your personal information to any third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
